The staff here was friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, tasty, and good value for the money.

I chose Hotel Norrtull because of its convenience to meeting/conference venues, the Karolinska Institute/Hospital rather than as a base for sightseeing. In this respect it was excellent and it was also adjacent to the airport bus service.

The hotel was very comfortable located in a very nice area of Stockholm within easy walking distance to the very efficient underground transport service. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and breakfast was delicious.

The Hotel was perfect, very clean, large rooms and great breakfast. Not so far from metro station. best combination of price and quality.

The hotel had the best possible location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Illusion. An underground station walk from the property, it was an extra bonus. The room was good sized, good sleep in an extremely comfy bed.

Disappointing for a 3 stars hotel. Rooms are very basic. Not so comfortable bed, duvet for 1 person in a bed for 2, nowhere to put clothes, no tea or coffee available, no hair-dryer, very small sink, no plug in the bath room or near a mirror.

This hotel is a great value for money - prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident. The location is fantastic, not too far from the city center but still quiet enough for evening walks and relaxation. The staff were cool and quirky, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities, although a floor wipe in the bathroom would be a nice addition. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was sufficient for a modern hotel.

All in all, this hotel was just fine for us and we enjoyed our stay.

A bit far from city centre, and almost 10min walk from tube station. You're better of taking a taxi from central station to the hotel.

The hotel boasts of a great location. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in front of the Flygbussarna bus station and is quite close to the city center. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast and friendly service.

Soundproofing between rooms is poor, which can lead to noise disturbances.
